Valentine's Day

How and where to begin...I guess this blog started this morning when Mike, my handsome husband, approached me with a new project. "Why don't you write a blog about being the wife of a Restaurant Manager." You know... your husband works nights and weekends, you attend family parties alone with the kids, you go to see your family for the weekend alone with the kids, you eat dinner 5 nights a week alone with the kids, You Spend Valentine's Day ALONE WITH THE KIDS!...You get the picture.

So, here goes my "Julie and Julia" inspired blog.
